1. Services

Pink Design & Marketing provides freelance marketing and design services as agreed with the client in advance. Any work outside the agreed scope will be discussed and approved before proceeding.

2. Rates & Fees

The standard hourly rate is €75 per hour.
A monthly retainer option is available at €1,000 per month for 16 hours.

Projects are priced before starting and unless spec changes, prices remain the same.

All rates are exclusive of VAT (if applicable).

3. Billing & Payment

Invoices are issued monthly (or as agreed).
Payment terms are 28 days from invoice date, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Retainer Hours

• Retainer hours are allocated monthly

• Unused hours do not roll over unless agreed in advance

• Additional hours beyond the retainer are billed at the standard hourly rate

 

5. Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included as part of agreed work. I work until both parties are happy.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property and usage rights transfer to the client once full payment has been received.
Permission to showcase completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes will be agreed with clients.

7. Confidentiality

All client information and materials are treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties.

​

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with 7 days’ written notice.
Any work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced accordingly.

9. Liability

Liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding any claim.
Pink Design & Marketing is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
