They offer a wide range of services as well as being a referral hospital. Arranging a professional photo shoot with Stuart from Corporate Photographers was a game-changer, elevating the overall image of Palmerstown Vets. It not only captured compelling images of animals and staff but also brought an immediate boost to the clinic's professionalism and visual appeal.

The photoshoot
PVH needed an identity that not only set them apart but also resonated with their diverse clientele. The challenge was to blend professionalism with a touch of warmth while incorporating illustrations of a cat, dog, and an exotic pet. The result? A crafted logo that symbolises their commitment to pet care while being a testament to their individuality. The design process involved collaborative ideation, consideration of brand values, and skilful execution to bring their unique vision to life.
We brainstormed many taglines and decided on We Treat. We Love. We Care., which speaks for itself.
The brand
We decided to avoid commonly used greens and blues in the industry, to ensure Palmerstown Vets' visual identity was as unique as their commitment to exceptional pet care.
They were keen too to use a colour that they could match scrubs with and a colour that would suit everyone.
The website
We undertook the design and development of the PVH website (20+ pages). We needed to integrate a booking system, chat facility and the 'Pet's App' app for a seamless experience. The website was carefully crafted to navigate through detailed pages, informative advice and staff profiles. The design harmonises professionalism with a touch of warmth, mirroring the clinic's approach to veterinary care.
We continue to manage and make updates to their website as required.
Marketing material
We do all PVH social media including posting and creating content, arranging vlogs, writing blogs and keeping their pages up to date.
We also design advertisements, one being for a local Strictly Come Dancing event which we cleverly titled 'Strictly for Pets'.
We do other ad-hoc work, such as email signatures and just about anything that helps keep them looking polished and professional.
From brochures, pop-ups, posters, door signage, advertising and social media we continue to support Palmerstown vets. We believe every job is an opportunity to help Palmerstown Vets stay in the minds of their customer. For example, when designing brochures, we suggested incorporating 4 x record pages, to help customers keep track of their pet's health, while also reminding customers of PVH on a regular basis.
