Do you know your USP?

In business, having a Unique Selling Point will… ↓

  1. Make your business memorable, and

  2. Attract the right clients

Some businesses struggle to identify their USP or have too many.✨

If that’s you, grab a pen and, in the time it takes to have a cup of tea, you can identify yours ☕️

Start by writing down what sets your business apart or what your clients love about you. Then, think about what you consistently deliver that others may not—whether it’s a unique approach, a special service, or a quality that makes your business stand out. This could be something people mention often or a characteristic you take real pride in delivering.

Check these for example ⬇️

1️⃣ Hotels: If your guests rave about your initiatives (locally-sourced, organic, zero-waste), or perhaps your boutique atmosphere with its eclectic mix of art collections, bespoke furnishings or themed rooms that could be your USP.

2️⃣ Estate agent: If clients trust you for your understanding of the local market and your ability to find hidden gems, that’s your USP.

3️⃣ Local café owners: If you have a cozy, welcoming atmosphere where people come for the coffee but come back for your famous cookies 🍪, this could be your USP.

It’s pretty simple, right! After you’ve identified your USP, use every opportunity to tell customers about it 🌟

By the way, I’m Therese 👋 and I love to hear about people’s business journeys while making it easy to grow through creative design and marketing ideas.
